The real estate investments we offer are of two types: purchase of a real estate unit within 7 residential villages (6 already completed over the years and already inhabited and a seventh soon to be built) or purchase of a company share with a guaranteed annual income.

Real Estate Units

The image represents the village to be built where the lifestyle will be in harmony with nature. It will accommodate different types of homes, from the villa with independent swimming pool to the simple apartment. Networks of pedestrian paths with lively squares, swimming pools and lush gardens are the heart of community life. These spaces are designed to be places of meeting and sharing, where the community can grow and thrive.

Inside the village there is also a multi-family complex that houses ten different apartments, including two-room apartments, studios and duplexes. Each unit is designed with the aim of ensuring maximum privacy and offering direct contact with the surrounding natural environment.
The large porches and covered terraces become a natural extension of the interior spaces, creating a perfect combination of living comfort and immersion in nature.

At the center of this residential complex stands a shared garden, a true beating heart that gives life to the building and enhances its beauty. The stone materials used in the architecture, inspired by the surrounding volcanoes, give a unique and evocative character to the entire complex.
The two-room apartments on the ground floor welcome residents with a large living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom complete with laundry and a generous porch, ideal for moments of relaxation in the open air.

Going up to the upper floor through a staircase characterized by walls covered in lava stone, there are five duplex two-room apartments, separated by a central gallery. Each unit, although similar in size to a two-room apartment, houses a small staircase inside and thanks to the generous internal heights it is possible to create an additional bedroom, thus offering an opportunity for customization and living flexibility without equal.

Purchase of shares

This type of investment involves the purchase of one or more company shares that refer to a property. The contract has a five-year duration during which an annual income defined at the time of signing the contract is guaranteed, in any case higher than the typical income of other forms of investment.
